Getting Started

Wallet Setup

Sanke supports three ways to get started: • Connect an existing wallet you already trust • Create a new Sanke wallet with a 12-word recovery phrase • Import a wallet you created previously

Each setup path has different implications for convenience, security, and how recovery works. You choose the method that best fits how you already manage your keys.

Account Model

Sanke uses a dual-account design built on Kohaku’s privacy stack:

Private Account — a shielded balance inside Sanke, allowing private deposits, transfers, and interactions without exposing your activity publicly. • Public Account — a standard smart account that behaves like a normal wallet for regular dApp usage.

You can switch between them seamlessly. Shield moves assets into your private balance; Unshield moves assets back out. This lets you stay private while still using every dApp onchain.

Gas Tokens

Sanke supports gas abstraction, allowing you to pay network fees in tokens like ETH, USDC, USDT, or DAI.

When enabled, Sanke’s relayer fronts the native gas cost and deducts the equivalent amount in the token you choose — so you can transact even if you don’t have ETH on hand.
