Extension Security & Auto-Lock
Sanke Wallet stores all sensitive data — including seed phrases and private keys — locally on your device. Nothing is sent to Sanke servers or any third party.
While the extension is unlocked, any seed phrase or private key you previously imported becomes temporarily available for signing. To keep your wallet secure, you can lock Sanke manually or set an automatic lock timer.
Manual Lock
You can lock the Sanke extension anytime to immediately secure your keys.
How to do it:
Open the Sanke extension.
Click Lock Sanke in the menu.
The next time you open Sanke, you’ll be prompted for your password again.
Recommended when you step away from your device.
Automatic Lock
If you forget to manually lock Sanke, the automatic timer ensures your wallet doesn’t stay unlocked indefinitely.
How to set it up:
Open the Sanke extension.
Go to Settings → General.
Enable Auto-Lock and choose the timeout (e.g., 1 min, 5 min, 10 min).
Once enabled, Sanke automatically locks itself after the selected period of inactivity.
